A veteran of integrated marketing and business development on both the agency and client side, John has built a career by growing world-class brands, such as his experience  helping Sony Electronics rise from the No. 6 to the No. 1 consumer brand in the U.S.

As the U.S. liaison to Sony Headquarters in Tokyo, John worked with brand leaders from 80 countries to unify one of the most globally recognized brands. His efforts helped integrate Sony Music, Columbia Tristar Pictures, and PlayStation under the Sony umbrella brand.

In addition, John's track record includes re-launching a traditional agency into the digital space, serving as managing director for a global agency and evolving an award-winning design boutique into a full-service agency.

He is an adjunct professor at American University organizing student advertising agency teams to develop marketing campaigns for real client brands. In 2011, he was named one of the top professors and top CMOs on Twitter by Social Media Marketing Magazine.
