This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and shared by Luckie & Company and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies

(“Luckie,” “we” or “us“) when you access and use our websites, including www.luckie.com, www.integrativelogic.com,pr.luckie.com, www.thesocialpath.com and www.luckierethinktank.com (collectively, the “Site“), or when you otherwise communicate with us.

Scope. Luckie provides marketing, advertising and data analysis services (“Service“) to its enterprise business clients (” Clients“). Except where otherwise indicated, this Privacy Policy applies to information we collect about visitors of our Site and current and prospective Clients only. The Service we provide to our Clients often involves the collection, processing, and use of our Clients’ customer information, but in all cases we collect, process and use such customer information solely on behalf of our Clients, and solely as directed in our agreements with such Clients. If you are a customer of one of our Clients, you should review the Client’s privacy policy, terms or other notices to learn how that Client collects, uses or shares information about you, including through the Client’s use of our Service.

Modifications. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will provide notice of such changes by revising the date at the top of this policy and, in some cases, we may provide additional notice (such as by adding a statement to our Site or by providing notice via email). EU and Swiss Safe Harbor. Luckie adheres to the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Safe Harbor Principles and Swiss Safe Harbor Principles (“Safe Harbor Principles”) regarding the collection, processing, sharing and retention of personal information about Site visitors and our Clients located in the European Union and Switzerland. Luckie also adheres to these Safe Harbor Principles when it collects, processes, shares or retains personal information from persons located in the European Union or Switzerland on behalf of its Clients (for example, when Luckie’s Clients in the EU send their own customers’ personal information to Luckie for analysis or processing). Luckie’s Safe Harbor certifications can be found on the U.S. Department of Commerce’s website at http://export.gov/safeharbor/index.asp. Luckie has elected to use the American Arbitration Association to resolve any escalated disputes from Site visitors, Clients or our Clients’ customers located in the European Union or Switzerland regarding our adherence to the Safe Harbor Principles where such disputes could not be resolved by first contacting us at privacy@luckie.com.

Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you provide directly to us via our Site or when you otherwise communicate with us. For example, we collect information when you submit a Contact Us form, post comments to our blogs or otherwise communicate with us. Luckie is based in the United States and the information we collect about Clients is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using our Site or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the transfer and processing of information to and in the U.S. and other countries.

We may share information we collect about our Site visitors, our current and prospective Clients and our Clients’ customers as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

  • With vendors and other service providers who need access the information to carry out work on our behalf;
  • In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law, regulation or legalprocess, or as otherwise required by any applicable law, rule or regulation;
  • To protect the rights and property of Luckie or others; and

  • If we believe your actions are inconsistent with the spirit or language of our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property and safety of Luckie or others;
