Its multichannel customer relationship management (CRM) suite requires multiple levels of software training and certification. Luckie has met all pre-defined criteria and has received certification for the first two levels: Veeva CLM and Veeva Approved Email. With this certification and with a strong background in using data-driven insights to optimize the customer journey, Luckie can deliver sound CRM solutions for our clients who want to partner with Veeva.

 

LEVEL 1: OPTIMIZING THE SALES CALL

Veeva CLM (closed-loop marketing) focuses on tailoring and tracking in-person meetings between our healthcare clients and their customers. With this tool, Luckie can quickly access and assemble approved content modules into sales presentations. Engagement is tracked at the customer level, giving us more data to understand who customers are, to subsequently predict and deliver relevant content across channels, and to strengthen client-customer relationships over time.

LEVEL 2: STAYING RELEVANT WITH EMAIL

Veeva CRM Approved Email extends the sales conversation before, during and after in-person meetings and has the potential to connect hard-to-see healthcare professionals (HCPs). This cloud-based repository of approved email content negates some of the regulatory risks that have restricted personalized communications from field reps in the past and fast-tracks the delivery of valued HCP content directly tied to individual needs and interests. Emails are tracked at the customer level to continue to drive insights.
